HR Director

As HR Director at Credit Benchmark, Nikki is responsible for leading and developing the organisation’s human resource function. This includes the development, implementation and evaluation of all personnel practices and employee relations as well ensuring legal compliance and the implementation of the organisation’s talent strategy and recruitment. Nikki holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s from Swinburne University, Australia.
