Craig was formerly the CRO and a Senior Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co., from which he retired as an active employee in January 2018. He was a member of its Management Committee and chair or co-chair of key risk committees. In this capacity, he reported to the firm’s CEO and was responsible for managing the firm’s Risk Division. He spent 32 years with Goldman Sachs, primarily in the risk field. Mr. Broderick currently serves as a Director of the Bank of Montreal and of McDermott International.
